I am a middle-aged woman that put up with lots of facial hair since I was in my 20's. I spent every morning plucking and clipping the hair from my face before I went anywhere outside of my home. I started coming to Kim at Essentially Bare, after I had received other treatments from another facility. I was skeptical of switching places in the middle of my series of treatment. However, from the first time I talked to her on the phone, I knew that I had made a good move.

Dear Kim: Since my mid-thirties I have been plagued with an increasing amount of unwanted facial hair. Not only was it a complete shock to me when it began to show up, but I had no idea how tedious it was going to be to try to get rid of how it looked. I tried all the usual remedies but waxing gets old. You have to go in for appointments all the time and it hurts. Hair removal creams made my lips and jaw line numb which scared me because numbness cannot be good. Bleach stung and sometimes made me go numb too and it smells terrible, as did the hair removal creams. Years of this made me wish the problem would just go away. If I had added it up, the amount of money over 20 years would add up to something that would probably make me angry, never mind the hours spent on the issue.

Your laser hair removal treatments really did make my problem completely go away! I appreciate how much you explained to me, the honesty with which you explained everything and how you talked with me until my concerns were all answered. I came in embarrassed but you quickly put me at ease. I love that cooling element on your laser too! I have already recommended you to several people. Thanks for a great experience.
